Platform IP: The Foxel platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Foxel and protected by intellectual property laws.

Input Content: Content you submit to the Service (prompts, images, reference materials) remains your property. You grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.

Generated Content: AI-generated videos and content created through Foxel are subject to the terms of your subscription plan. Commercial use rights vary by plan tier.

License Grant: By using Foxel, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

6. Data Usage and Deletion

  • Data collection and usage are governed by our Privacy Policy
  • Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days
  • Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period after deletion
  • We may use anonymized data for analytics and service improvement

7. Amendments

  • Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FOXEL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

You are solely responsible for the content you create using Foxel. We are not liable for any claims arising from your generated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOXEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Foxel shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising from these Terms.
